They don't tell you when you accept the job or at any time that the gaming license you have to obtain is over $200 and is taken out of your pay check. They pay less than minimum wage for 95% of their positions. They do not hire full time, they haven't in over two years, unless. You want to be up front, you want to have a career? Go somewhere else if you aren't a tribal member because they only let their own advance. You won't get any positions that are better than a server position or back of house.
Unless you are a tribal member, you don't get promoted. Instead, all management cares about is making money, they could care less about you and they have absolutely no problem saying that to your face. This casino has the potential to be a great place to work.
